Personal data processing policy
MONE keeps the email address you enter when you create an account, and a scrypt hash of your password. The hash is not the password itself. We use this information to sign you in and to show the projects that belong to your account.
This portal stores that data on the server that runs it. It does not sell personal data. Confirmation and password-reset messages are sent to your email from office@nerveengine.co. Those messages contain a link, not your password. Logging out ends the session stored in your browser cookie.
The company field on your account is empty until a later update. Project names you type are stored with your account so you can open them again.
If you grant another account access to a project, that person can see the project name and its dashboard. Passwords are not shared. If an account already exists, access is added without an email. If there is no account yet, one invitation email with a link is sent to that address. That email does not contain a password.
